FAIRBANKS—Four rinks remained unbeaten following the first three rounds of the Yukon Title Curling Classic at the Fairbanks Curling Club.

The Steve Shuttleworth and Greg Persinger rinks too the A pool with 3-0 records, while the Leland Rich and Ken Persinger rinks lead the B pool in the four-day curling extravaganza offering $12.500 in prize money.

The round-robin portion of the tournament continues with games at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. today.

Greg Persinger and Shuttleworth are scheduled to face one another at 2 p.m. today in an A pool showdown, while Rich and Ken Persinger are scheduled to meet in a B pool contest at 8 p.m.

The top three teams from each pool will advance to the qualifying round on Sunday. The bottom three teams play in the consolation round.

The quarterfinals are at 10:30 a.m., followed by the semifinals at 2 p.m. and championship matches at 5 p.m.

There is no admission charge for the event and there are heated spectator galleries on the upper and lower levels of the curling club.
